RTD improvements mean continued schedule adjustments for E, H and R service
RTD continues to make progress on scheduled maintenance along the E, H and R lines south of I-25•Broadway Station in Denver. Customers will encounter periodic schedule adjustments through October related to the work.
The extended project includes maintenance and repairs to the caps on top of the retaining walls, called coping panels, that run along the Southeast Rail Line south of Broadway to Lincoln Station next to I-25.
The coping panel project is segmented into nine blocks of work. Crews began on April 3 at Lincoln Station, and the work continues north toward I-25•Broadway Station. Similar work will happen again for the south side of the rail alignment in 2024.
On May 2, the maintenance and repairs will progress to the segments between Orchard and Southmoor stations. The following schedule adjustments are planned for E, H and R line service as of May 2:
E Line – 30-minute frequency between Union and RidgeGate Parkway stations
H Line – 30-minute frequency between Florida and 18th•California stations
R Line – No service south of Florida Station; regular service from Peoria Station to Florida Station
