Ride with zTrip

Thank you for choosing zTrip as a Ride Provider for RTD Access On Demand, you may book your trips in one of the following ways:

  1. zTrip Website
  2. zTrip Apps
    1. Get it on Google Play
    2. Download on the App Store
  3. Access On Demand Call Center at 303-288-1344

zTrip is available in the Boulder/Longmont area only.

When you book through the zTrip App or the zTrip Website, you will need to add your specific Account number with zTrip.

  • If using the app: your account ID is BOU + your Access-a-Ride ID.
  • If calling in: use your Access-a-Ride ID number (no BOU prefix).

You will receive confirmation of your enrollment from zTrip.

RTD will subsidy the first $25 of the fare and customers are responsible at the time of trip to pay any fare overage.
